1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HZInteriors website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products & Pricing
We strive to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors or withdraw products at any time. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
3. Order Process
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve stock. An order is confirmed only once you complete the checkout form and receive a WhatsApp confirmation message from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was received.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Wire Transfer. For advance payment methods, you must send a payment screenshot via WhatsApp before your order is dispatched. Failure to provide payment proof within 24 hours may result in order cancellation.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Standard delivery is 3–7 working days for most cities. Remote areas may take longer. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HZInteriors and protected by Pakistani copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
HZInteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
